- How long is the lead time in general?

Lead time will vary depending on the complexity of the design. For CDG's collection, the general lead time is between 45-60 CALENDAR DAYS instead of working days, shipping time excluded. For customized designs, lead time may take longer for the 1st order, taking molding or tooling time in to accounts, and will then maintain the general lead time as 45-60 calendar days as a norm.
- What trade terms does CDG normally offer?

As stated in our quotation, CDG's quotes are primarily based on FOB –Taichung terms with FCL or LCL shipments. Other charges may apply if any other port of departure is assigned by the purchaser. EX-work terms can also be requested for any POs as long as MOQ requirement is fulfilled.

No account registration in advance is required for placing an order with us. Contact us by phone or email, and then one of our sales representatives will be assigned to deal with your queries and requests directly at the soonest convenience. Once all details are confirmed and agreed, our team will work very closely with you along the whole service process and assist you at all stages. From order, payment, shipping details confirmation to quality management reports, and after-sales customer services, you can rest assured that our staff will always keep customers posted.

MOQ may vary with various products but 300 sets (pcs) per design or Full Container Load amount is the general principal which applies to mostly everything.

Yes. For our sit-stand collection, step-by-step video demonstration is provided to help users install the products at home, at the office, or in any other preferred settings. For other designs, instruction manuals are included in the carton along with the products or can be downloaded in Resources on our website.

- Are CDG's products eco-friendly?

CDG makes sure to use raw materials and adopt processing methods compliant with the RoHS standards. CDG is also equipped with a RoHS analyzer, with which our staff can confirm and verify that the raw materials are RoHS compliant. On top of these, we try to source almost everything locally to minimize energy wastes and CO2 emissions. Internally, we care about our employees' welfare by replacing diesel forklift trucks with batteries-powered ones to protect our staff from daily exposure to exhaust gases.
